Found this recipe on Blogilates' pre-workout/breakfast smoothie section. Since we had most of the ingredients at home, I decided to give this one a try.
The ingredients that I will be sharing below are my take on this smoothie. We didn't have a few of the ingredients Cassey mentioned on her channel so I used an alternate ones that I can find at home.
1.5 cup - (frozen) berries
1/2 cup - oats
1 tbsp - honey
1 cup - Greek Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup - almond milk
A dash of cinnamon
Add ice or a cup of cold water
Blend all these goodies in your smoothie blender then tada here's one delicious breakfast!
It filled my tummy up for at least 2-3 hours so that's A-awesome!
