What's new with me? Well...
1) I can finally read, speak and understand hangul (한글) – Korean characters. Okay, I am still a beginner but I can read a few sentences and understand it. Hopeful this continues so that one day I will no longer depend on subtitles and be completely clueless when listening to music.
2) Dean is coming here in Vancouver and I am going to see him live! I cannot miss this opportunity. I. MUST. SEE. HIM. LIVE.
3) Son & Park’s Beauty Water is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I will talk about it on a separate post but I am just letting you know now that it is such a must-have product to have.
Anyway, I am really here because I have another recipe to share! Today I will be sharing a cottage cheese breakfast and/or snack. It is super as in you don’t even have to do anything but mix all the ingredients together and it’ll be ready for you to eat it!
So without further ado, let's get into this recipe.
All you really need is cottage cheese - preferably a non-fat one. Scoop 1 to 2 cups of cottage cheese and put it in a bowl - this can be flexible… you can add more/less if you want. Add in all the dry topping ingredients that you have at home including fruits if you have it. Drizzle some honey, sprinkle some unsweetened shredded coconut and mix it all up!
Now grab a spoon and take a bite. Mmmm!
